The general terms apply to all services eligible for reimbursement. In addition, there may be special terms that apply to a specific service and are described on the website.
In no case is the same service eligible for more than one refund.
No refund will be issued if your service(s) are suspended or cancelled due to causes beyond our control.
If the services purchased are part of a promotion and you cancel the services purchased, the standard price will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price, you must pay the difference.
All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars: you, the customer, are solely responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of refund.
Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be credited to your PULSE EDGE account balance.
Any processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Additional refund requirements may apply depending on the specific terms and conditions you are notified of when you purchase any services.
In the event of any plan upgrade or downgrade, your account or card may be automatically charged the new plan fee beginning with the next billing cycle.
Downgrading your service may result in the loss of content, features or capacity of your account. PULSE EDGE accepts no responsibility for such losses.
You should carefully read and understand all terms and conditions, refund, and cancellation policies, among others, to understand our services and capabilities and the terms of our existing and potential business partnerships and packages we offer.

If payment is made in error while browsing the website or for any other reason, please contact us stating your order number and details of the product or service via email. We will contact you and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If the order is not accepted by us.
Any other reason at the discretion of our company.
Cancellation and Termination:
The account owner is the only person who can cancel an account. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. No cancellation requests will be accepted by email, phone, or contact. Please ensure that cancellation requests are made only through the online control panel.
Account cancellations usually take 2-3 business days to process. Once the account is cancelled, all account information will be permanently deleted. You will not be charged again after the official cancellation date.
PULSE EDGE, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service, or any other PULSE EDGE service, for any reason, at any time. Such termination of service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. PULSE EDGE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our refund policy may change from time to time. We ask that you review it frequently. Your continued use of any of our services will constitute acceptance of the Refund Policy at that time.
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with the service received, he/she should notify PULSE EDGE via email discussing his/her situation. PULSE EDGE has a maximum of 15 days to review the case and respond to the customer.
If a refund is applicable to the client, the company has a period of 30 working days to make the refund by the same means by which the payment of the purchased service was made.
The company will refund the customer, with the exception of the expenses incurred to provide the service.
